For the moment, we’ve suspended registration for ECAP10 while we’re deciding how to deal with the current coronavirus situation. We’ll post an update here in a couple of days, please check here regularly. Please be advised to only make refundable bookings for travel and accommodation. 

Conference fees

• Regular Fee. Early bird: 200€, late bird: 300€
• Student Fee. Early bird: 70€, late bird: 100€
• Conference Dinner. Early bird: 40€, late bird: 50€

The early bird fee is applicable until April 15, 2020 [likely subject to change].

The student fee applies to student researchers on non-salaried positions without financial support from their institution.

The fees cover participation in the conference and keynotes, lunch and coffee at the venue.

The conference dinner takes place on the 28th of August. Please note that we can’t guarantee in the case of late registrations.
