Registration fees:

Registration fee includes:
● Admission to all scientific sessions.
● Opening Spanish Wine on August 24th evening, in Law Building Terrace (Venue site)
● Refreshment breaks (coffee breaks)
It does not include lunches and the conference dinner.
Conference Cocktail Dinner
The conference dinner will be a cocktail dinner held on 27 August at 20:00 at the Círculo de Bellas Artes, in the María Zambrano and Valle-Inclán halls. The conference dinner costs €55 and it is not included in the registration fee. Participants have a chance to buy a ticket for the conference dinner during the registration process. Tickets can also be bought for an accompanying person. You will have the option to select a vegan meal during the registration process.
Registration for the conference cocktail dinner ends on August 10th, 23:55CEST.
Further practical information about the conference dinner will be circulated closer to the event.
LUNCHES
The conference venue is located on the university campus, approximately 2.3 km from the nearest area with restaurants. For this reason, the ECAP12 organisers will offer an on-campus packed lunch service. The cost of each lunch ticket is €8. Participants have a chance to buy tickets for lunches during the registration process. You will have the option to select a vegan meal during the registration process.
Note that the cafeteria at the venue will also be open and will offer self-service lunches for those without a ticket, although these are expected to be slightly more expensive and service may be slower.
Registration for lunches ends on August 10th, 23:55CEST.
FINAL REGISTRATION FOR SPEAKERS: 5 JULY 2026
We will accept participant registration until 28 August, but we ask speakers to register by 5 July 2026. Papers whose authors do not register by 5 July will be removed from the program.
Please note that all symposium speakers attending the conference must register. The same applies to co-authors of contributed papers who attend the conference. A co-authored paper may be presented by one or more of its authors. It is not necessary for all co-authors to attend the conference.
A note on the fees: ESAP has no income other than the registration fees for ECAP. The main expenses for the conference include support towards the travel and accommodation of invited speakers, the cost of conference services (handling paper submission and registration, badges, etc), the Spanish Wine reception, the coffee-breaks catering, venue standard expenses and registration and accommodation of prize winners. Despite the increase in the cost of living, we have been able to maintain the same registration fees as those established for ECAP11. In addition, we have introduced for the first time a reduced registration fee for participants coming from ISI-listed countries and the Prize for early-career scholars. Please note that ESAP membership is associated with participation in the most recent ECAP; therefore, the conference registration fee entitles you to membership.
PAYMENT METHODS
Until July 5th, payment can be made by card or bank transfer. From July 6th onwards, payment will be possible by card only.
Important Note on the Registration Process
Please note that, due to technical limitations of the registration system, lunches and the conference dinner have been configured as additional “registration types” so that all items can be paid for within a single process. As a consequence, the system may interpret the procedure as a multiple registration and ask participants to enter the details of a “registration manager”. It may also request that the participant’s name be entered repeatedly for the conference registration, lunches, and dinner selections.
Although this may initially appear somewhat confusing, the registration process itself is straightforward and should only take a few minutes to complete. We simply wished to clarify this point in advance in order to avoid possible confusion during registration.
Unfortunately, there is currently no alternative way of configuring the platform. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you very much for your patience and understanding.
