Lunches
Participants with lunch tickets should collect their lunch from the designated areas in and around the cafeteria. Please bring the ticket corresponding to each day, as the catering staff will collect it when handing you your lunch. Separate collection points will be available for vegan lunches.
Participants without lunch tickets can purchase lunch from the cafeteria self-service.
Please follow the “Tickets” / “No Tickets” signs at the cafeteria in the Multiusos Building.

The Conference Dinner will be a cocktail-style dinner. The Círculo de Bellas Artes is located in the city centre and is easily accessible by public transport.
Your Conference Dinner ticket includes complimentary access to the rooftop before dinner, from 19:30 to 20:00. You are welcome to enjoy the views over Madrid and take photographs. As access is limited, please do not stay too long and make your way down to the dinner on the 5th floor so that other participants also have an opportunity to visit the rooftop.
Before dinner, you may also visit the Climate Refuge, located in the historic Ballroom of the Círculo de Bellas Artes. Admission to the Climate Refuge is free for everyone, and it closes at 21:00.
The rooftop will remain open after the dinner for drinks. However, access after dinner is not included in the Conference Dinner ticket and will require the purchase of a separate ticket from the Círculo de Bellas Artes, subject to capacity.
