ECAP 9 – Registration

The Online Registration for ECAP9 is now open.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes

  • Programme attendance and congress materials
  • Coffee break refreshments
  • The University and City Hall Receptions (a seat at the City Hall Reception can be guaranteed only to the 500 first applicants who register online to ECAP9)

Note: The congress dinner and the walking tours are optional and not included in the congress fee.

* Please send a proof of your status by e-mail to ecap@interplan.de.

** The reduced fee applies to participants from countries with developing economies (ISI listing).

*** The avec fee is meant for accompanying persons who wish only to attend the social programme (welcome and city hall reception). The congress dinner and the tours are not included in the avec fee, but they may be purchased separately when registering online. Participants with avec fee do not have access to the lecture halls.

Methods of Payment: Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and invoice/bank transfer.

Childcare Possibilities

We are happy to announce that we can offer free childcare during ECAP9 upon request. Please send your application as soon as possible and no later than six weeks prior to the conference to ecap@interplan.de.

Please note that we can only offer this service if we get a minimum of five children to care for.

Childcare during ECAP9 is genuienly supported by the Equal Opportunities Unit at LMU Munich and conducted in cooperation with pme Familienservice.

Congress dinner

congress_dinner_bannerThe Congress Dinner will take place on Friday, 25 August 2017, 20:00 h at the Hofbräuhaus. There is a regular, a vegetarian and a vegan option available.

Costs: 35 EUR per ticket incl. 19 % German VAT

Walking Tours

There are three walking tours available:

walking_tour_bannerThe tour “Walking Tour Historic Munich” will take place on Monday, 21 August 14.30-16.30 h and costs 15€ – please note that it will not take place if we receive less than eleven applications.

viktualienmarktThe tour “Viktualienmarkt Food Tasting Tour” will take place on Wednesday, 23 August 14.30 – 16.30 h and costs 45€ – please note that it will not take place if we receive less than fifteen applications.

nymphenburgThe Tour “Nymphenburg Castle and Park” will take place Friday, 25 August 14.30- 16.30 h and costs 33€ – please note that it will not take place if we receive less than ten applications.

For all three tours the organizer reserves the right to cancel any tour due to lack of participants. In this case the paid fee will be refunded.

In case of cancellation of a tour ticket by the participant after 21 July 2017 the full amount is due.

Letter of invitation & certificates

The local organizers are pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to enable participants to apply for supporting funds or visas for attending ECAP9. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support by the organizers.

In order to receive a letter of invitation
a) your abstract needs to be accepted for presentation at ECAP9
b) if you are not presenting a paper, you need to first register online and pay the registration fee for ECAP9.

If the condition a) or b) applies to you, please send an email to the conference office: ecap@interplan.de if you need a letter of invitation.

Certificates of attendance will be included in your conference material.

Cancellations

All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the conference office by e-mail to ecap@interplan.de. Cancellations received in writing prior to 21 July 2017 will receive a refund of 100 % of the registration fee minus 25 EUR administrative fee. No refund will be given after this date, however an alternative participant’s name may be submitted.

Liabilities and insurances

The congress organizers do not take the responsibility of force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, fires, outbreak of epidemic diseases, major strikes etc.).

The congress participants should take care of their own travel, injury and medical insurances before the congress trip. The local organizers do not assume any liability for damage or injuries to persons or property during the congress.
